What Is Dry PA Hire?
Dry Hire means hiring public address equipment, speakers, mixers, microphones and stage lighting without having a technician running the system for you. You take control of the equipment during your event.
It's a useful option for weddings, small band gigs and corporate functions where someone is happy to manage the sound themselves.
Smaller setups can be collected from our Warrington base. For larger configurations, delivery and setup can be arranged at your venue, with the equipment demonstrated so you know how to operate it.

Prices above are per 24-hour hire and are based on the equipment listed in each package. Your final quote confirms any delivery or collection requirements, additional cabling where needed and the applicable security deposit.
PA & Sound Equipment Hire Packages
Our packages are a good starting point and can be adjusted to suit your event. Speakers, microphones, mixing desks and lighting are also available individually, so we can add or remove equipment depending on what you need.
High value packages over £140 are normally delivered, installed and collected by us. Packages under £140 can usually be collected from our Warrington base. If you have a specific requirement, get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange.
Bose S1 Pro+
The Bose S1 Pro+ is the upgraded version of the original Bose S1 Pro, offering a compact, battery-powered PA system suited to acoustic performers, wedding singers, ceremonies, speeches and smaller events. Built-in Bluetooth and wireless microphone capability make it a practical choice when you need a simple, portable setup with minimal cabling.

Small Event Package
Suitable for events of around 100 guests, depending on the venue and event type. Ideal for acoustic or small band gigs, speeches, small weddings and simple presentations.

- Sound Output: 2x Yamaha DBR12 active loudspeakers
- Microphone: 1x Sennheiser Evolution e835S
- Ancillaries: 1x tall microphone stand, 2x tripod speaker stands, 3x 5 metre XLR connecting leads, plus the required IEC power leads and 2x mains extension leads.
Medium Event Package
A larger setup for events of around 200 guests, depending on the venue and the sound level you need. It works well for small bands, weddings, parties, corporate events and presentations where you need more low-end and some lighting.

Clear speech reinforcement for business functions, meetings, presentations and annual general meetings. Wireless microphones and discreet speaker stands make it suitable for events where speech clarity and a tidy setup are important.

Yes. Delivery and setup can be arranged across Cheshire, Manchester and Liverpool. For larger configurations, our team can install the equipment and demonstrate how to use it.
Can I hire individual pieces of equipment?
Yes. Individual items including microphones, DI boxes, stands, Bluetooth receivers and standalone LED lighting can be hired separately or added to an existing setup.
Are the prices in the quote builder final?
The quote builder gives you an estimated daily rental price. The final formal quote may vary slightly once we have checked your event date and exact requirements.
Are delivery and cables included in the equipment price?
The main power extension and IEC leads listed with each package are included in the package price. Any additional cabling required for your venue, together with delivery and collection where applicable, will be confirmed separately when we prepare your final quote.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A security deposit and valid photo ID are required for all Dry Hire equipment.
Can you provide equipment that isn't listed?
Our Dry Hire stock is constantly changing. If you can't find what you need in the list, contact us as we may already have the equipment available or be able to source it.
